Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. As a small business owner and a mom supporting my family, each appointment reserved for you is an important part of my livelihood. Last-minute cancellations can be difficult to fill, so I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.
